Cup of coffee, please?

Long week ahead of me this week, unfortunately.
First week at Uni is hectic so i hope i get chance to post on my Autumn favourites! 
On that note, and only a quick one! Topshop's Autumn/Winter coat range 2010 is very browns, furs, and all things vintage.. which is exciting but at the same time upsetting because i need more money!

BIBA IS BACK

BIBA was an iconic and popular London fashion store of the 1960s and 1970s. It was started and was run by Barbara Hulanicki with help of her husband Stephen Fitz-Simon.

I read the autobiograghy of Biba and its ledgendary history of fashion and its art deco designs back in the 60's and 70's so i was delighted when i heard House of Frazer had relauched it with Daisy Lowe as the face of it! They honestly couldn't have thought of anyone better for it! After failing to relaunch sucessfully back in 2008, i'm very excited ! I've always been a big fan of Biba.

About myself?

I'm Emily Eleanor and i'm 20 years old!

I'm doing Creative Writing at University and i am looking for a job in retail part time.

My career aspiratons if not teaching is journalism or a fashion related columnist.

I love to write! ..most importantly, about fashion. So i created this fashion blog.

I won't bore you with the basics but i adore vintage pieces and edgy sort of glam grunge fashion. Hopefully i will be able to update you all on new fashion line releases and shows as well as designers and their designs!

People that inspire me in fashion are people like Alexa Chung, the olsens and Daisy Low etc...

The higher the better!

For my first blog post, i want to introduce you to my favourite type of shoes at the moment! WEDGES! As well as some of my favourite bits of clothing, so that you get a taste of what my blog is alll about! .. wedges, i find, are easier to walk in then heels as well as the fact they're dead flattering and absolutely bang on with an oversized jacket making your legs look smaller and lush!
